Register your pet

Due to the backlog of work caused by the lockdowns and the lack of holiday cover we regret we are currently unable to register new clients who are already registered at another veterinary practice in Glasgow. We will review this policy in the next few weeks.

We are however still happy to register new puppies and kittens – it is so important that they get the best possible start.

Please fill out all sections of the form to register your puppy or kitten with Avenues Veterinary Centre. If you require an appointment please do so using our Book an Appointment section, or call us surgery directly on:
