Repeat prescriptions

You can order a repeat prescription for your pet using the form below. All requests are reviewed by our vets and we may need to see your pet before issuing the prescription. We'll contact you once we've reviewed your request to arrange a visit if needed, or to let you know when your prescription is ready. Please note:

• We need a minimum of 24 hours notice to process your prescription request.
• If you order medication on a Friday it will typically arrive on a Monday.
• If your prescription is time-dependent, please do not use this form, call us at Rutherglen on 0141 643 0404 or Mount Florida on 0141 649 5351.
• If you need to order for multiple pets, please complete a separate form for each pet, or give our team a call.

Please be aware before requesting a repeat prescription:

• It is a legal requirement that animals on long-term prescription medications remain under our care, therefore you and your pet must be registered with us to use this service.
• We must have examined your pet within the last 6 months.
• Some medications will require more frequent consultations or blood tests. We will let you know if this is the case for your pet.
• If your pet is on long-term medication, we will work with you to obtain the required treatments in the most economical way we can. This may mean purchasing drugs from us or obtaining a written prescription (available from our practice for a fee) and buying the medication online.
• You must be over 18 years old to collect prescription medication.
